And some of the Adv charts don’t properly display the timeline along the bottom of the charts, in respect to the actual dates of information charted, either. Pending which one I select, it still only shows in 5 min, daily, or weekly intervals. I upgraded to open up more features, hoping to be able to use the Adv chart intervals (1-5-15-30min, 1hr, 1 day, 1 week) to alleviate the situation, and for the most part, those don’t work. It finally jumps to Weekly intervals on the 5-year, which I then have to zoom in on to make remotely useful. the daily interval is useful for 3-6 months, but on the iPhone, wastes alot of real-estate on the 1 month, and renders the 1-year, and especially the 2-year, almost useless for finding trends. Daily intervals are set for the 1-month to 2-year charts. The next step after that is Daily intervals. The 1-day chart is set for 1 min intervals, 5-day chart for 5 min intervals, with no way to adjust them.

I’ll be updating this as I begin to use more functions, (primarily the Backtesting and Screening, as well as custom charting).ĬhrisB6826's Review of Stock Master Reviewed on 5/16/18 4:08 PM Especially considering the feature is (supposed to be) something that exists, and that you pay for. I don’t hate using the charts as they exist, but being able to actually select intervals between 5-mins and daily would be a huge improvement. And some of the Adv charts don’t properly display the information in regards to time, comparing the timeline along the bottom of the chart in respect to the actual dates of information charted at the points. Pending which one I select, it still only shows in 1 min, 5 min, daily, or weekly intervals the 15 min, 30 min, and 1 hr intervals just show the 5 min again. I upgraded to open up more features, hoping to be able to use the Adv chart intervals (1-5-15-30 min, 1 hr, 1 day, 1 week) to alleviate the situation, and for the most part, those don’t work. For example, why even use the 1-month chart if it only plots a whopping 20-points? It’s useless at daily intervals. I think the large gap between 5 min intervals to daily intervals is a little absurd. The standard (Std) charts only have 1 min (1-day), 5 min (5-day), daily (1-month to 2-year), and weekly (5-year) intervals. That said, without having fully-dove in to all the features yet, I’m taking issue with the charts. But the broken parts prevent me from doing so. I wanted to use this as my main stock tracking app. Frequently needed, due to oddball user interface choices (that work, but are not intuitive.) And I haven’t found any training or help in the app. And then there are lots of tickers that are not recognized at all. I didn’t see any support for tracking Options that I own.

To import your stocks from a broker, it’s not clear how to get that into a new list. For example, to delete one stock from a Watchlist, I have to delete the entire row of 3. But using it is a painful, several times a day. The author knows, so no need to teach you!ģ stars. In the app they teach you how to do everything EXCEPT use the app. Seems like this kind of minor n***** could be easily fixed IF THERE WAS A LINK IN THE APP TO CONTACT THE AUTHOR. Then I would backspace out what I don’t want and enter the new one.

In the “quick symbol lookup” (search), the x in a circle takes you OUT of the search box, so you have to reach up and tap into it again to enter anything. App Support is not discoverable if it exists, so I have to air my d**** laundry here. This app is amazing, with some complaints.
